1. Products and Availability
Estilo offers a curated range of furniture and interior products, including both in-stock and made-to-order items. While we strive to ensure product information and availability are accurate, all products, descriptions, and lead times are subject to change without notice. Lead times for made-to-order items are shown on each product page.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using one of the accepted payment methods displayed at checkout. Estilo reserves the right to adjust pricing, promotions, and offers at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. Orders for made-to-order products are considered final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended unless agreed to by Estilo at its discretion.
4. Delivery
Estilo delivers Australia-wide. Delivery costs, methods, and timeframes vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. For large or bulky items, delivery may require additional handling or coordination. Delivery arrangements will be confirmed following purchase, and in some cases may be quoted separately. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
Estilo carefully inspects all products prior to dispatch. Returns or refunds will only be accepted for products that are damaged, faulty, or not as described, and only at Estilo’s discretion. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods, including photos and a description of the issue. Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
6. Product Variations
Due to the nature of materials and manufacturing processes, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur between batches or from images shown on the website. Such variations are not considered defects.
7. Warranty
Estilo products are covered by the guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law. No additional express warranty is offered unless stated on the product page. If a product fails to meet acceptable quality standards, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Estilo website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Estilo Commercial Pty Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Estilo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use the website or products purchased. Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of goods, or the value of the goods purchased.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
