In September, Estilo was visited by Jae Hah and David Mansfeld, the APEMA director of Muuto and the Sales Manager of Aus/NZ.
We hosted Jae and David for three days, both in and out of the showroom.
Exciting new product launches by Muuto were on the agenda during studio visits to select firms across the city. But the crux of the visit focused on Jae’s insights into Neuroaesthetics: a concept that is the gravity behind what moves Muuto to design how they do.
Our team was enlightened by the psychology behind why and how designs physically alter us as end-users of the products. Colour, tactility, nature, light, and form, in sequence, are the key DNA building blocks that make up the genetic code of Muuto. It was an equally fun and inspiring experience with Jae and David, two people who bring out the same playful yet calm feeling as the brand they represent.
